    Description

    1974 Philippines silver 25 Piso proof like uncirculated coin sealed in a first day of issue stamped envelope since the day of issue.  Very scarce coin and suitable for grading in our opinion or left as is.  20,000 mintage to begin with and very few were placed in these envelopes by the 99 company. Even fewer survive today. A few handfuls in our estimation in this format are left due to the current fad of sending Philippines issues in for grading.
