    Description

    A very large zinc pineapple finial with traces of paint. The finial is zinc and formed around an inner layer of zinc. There are traces of white, blue and red paint and a wonderful old surface. The finial has 5 leaves around the bottom, two are damaged, see photo. There is other expected wear to this finial but it just has a wonderful folk art look. Late 19th century or earlier.
    The finial is 21" tall and 15" across at the widest point, the opening on the bottom is 6 1/4" in inside diameter.
