Condition: This finial is heavy about 19 pounds before packing and it will fit although tight in a large priority box with no extra room. Someone at some point in time painted it grey that shows chipping with yellow paint exposed in places underneath. This will fit on a post that is 5 1/2" in dia. and slides down on the post approx. 1 3/4". Measures approx. 12 1/2" tall when sitting on the counter. Has 4 copper square headed bolts that would keep the finial in place. Rusty on the inside as seen in the picture. This is an old one dating back to the early 1900's not any of that new reproduction s--t from overseas.
