Made in the 1920's. Used in the Ice cream parlors,  farmhouse or just a kitchen collectible. Black wood handle, the rest is all metal., Works well. Craftmanship is amazing. Measures 10 3/4" long by 2 1/8" across scoop. marked on the thumb press it reads Clipper F600 Troy N.Y. Payment is due within three days.
