    Description

    Silvray “Puritan”  Art Deco Double Shade Ceiling Light
    c.1935
    The form is like a flying saucer.
    The form is beautiful and so well balanced.
    Height:  12"
    Width of largest shade:  12"
    There are three metal screw on beads that hold the lamp holders in place - one is missing.
    This piece is for restoration and will be beautiful when restored.
    It was repainted once - and needs to be painted again -
    I did not do that.
    I did not check the wiring - but it worked when last taken down.
    A perfect project lamp.
    The form is beautiful and so well balanced.
    Note that it has been painted - originally it was white and was painted yellow.
    The chrome is in good shape.
    Really a lovely find.
