Star Cart 48V 2 Gauge #2 AWG Welding Wire Battery Cable HD set 8x6 Volt setup

One set of seven 2 gauge battery cables for Star 48volt cart with Eight 6 (6x8) volt battery setup.  These wires are made from premium 2 gauge welding wire.  The connectors are 2 x 5/16 solid copper tinned lugs (solid copper bare/un insulated can be added for an additional {{detail_product_description}}.50 cents each, per wire)  These are not the cheap crimped cables you see other sellers listing....these cables are silver soldered!  I have had customers who rolled their carts tell me the battery hold downs broke but the cables held the batteries down! Try and get that from a cheap crimped cable! I don't use cheap connectors on my big gauge wires either!  Make sure you don't get the big gauge wire with crappy little connectors like so many here on eBay do!....and don't get sucked in by the lowest price, inspect the pictures and thoroughly read the descriptions!  Each wire is made custom in my golf cart shop by me.  Each one is soldered using silver solder connections, and then sealed with quality heat shrink to help prevent future corrosion issues.  There are seven (7) wires included; Five (5) six inch cables,One 10" cable and One 14" inch cable.

Star carts come with some of the highest amp controllers in the market on stock carts, but the chinese cable they use is very cheap with excessively thick shielding.  Most of the 2 gauge cable I have seen on factory Star carts is more like 4 gauge with a huge shield, and it frequently fails.  I build custom carts all day long.  I service all makes and models, all day long.  I always use the highest quality cables for my customers.   If you need or want a different size, just ask and I can custom make you a set of any length you desire.   I have sets for all battery configurations, and for controller to motor or controller to solenoid or for all power wires in the cart power system.  I will include a diagram for the battery configuration in this auction to aid you in your install, should you forget which wires go where and I am always available via email for assistance in installation.  Any questions just ask!
