vintage American Eagle flag topper LARGE spread wing flag pole topper finial EX+

This listing is for a very pretty vintage, spread wing, American Eagle flag pole topper or finial.  I love the detail in his wings.
This is a large flag topper.  The eagle’s wings are a little more than 11 inches across.  The threaded post alone measures 5.25 inches from the underside of the eagle to the end of the threaded post.
I believe this is made of cast aluminum maybe?  Or something like that.  There is some discoloration on the back wings of the eagle – maybe from being in the sun or light.  I do not see any damage to the flag topper.
