ITEM DESCRIPTION ..... VINTAGE ARMCO METAL ICE SCRAPER WITH WOOD HANDLE . Overall length of scraper is 6 and 3/4 in. . Wood handles show wear from being used but still quite legible . One side of the handle has "City Ice And Fuel" , other side has "Ice Never Gets Out Of Order" . A little different from most of the most ice scrapers I have seen . AUCTION TERMS.....   I ship USPS PRIORITY MAIL on most all auctions unless I can save you money by going with First Class Mail , or Priority Flat Rate Boxes if your item will fit into the box  . All  items have free insurance up to .00 for Priority Mail . Extra insurance cost added for anything over .00 on all items over fifty dollars , no exceptions .  Payment is expected to be made within three days from end of auction . I charge a one dollar handling  Mail  . Additional insurance cost is added to shipping fee on all purchases . I always bundle for more than one item purchased . I allow myself five days to ship item , some times things come up that prevents a quick ship . I doubt that will happen at all for the most part . I will try and ship same day if time allows , or the next . with exception of Buyer's purchasing an item on Friday . These items will not go out till the following Monday . My weekends are for family time only .
RETURN POLICY .........  As a rule I do not accept returns , I sell vintage or used items not new merchandise , most used items usually have some kind of a small flaw that is easily missed . I will accept returns only if I did not clearly describe the item properly , or if the pictures did not truly represent the item I was selling AND NOTHING ELSE . In such a case as that I refund quickly the cost of the item as well as the shipping cost BOTH WAYS to the Buyer with no fuss at all . I will bend over backwards to try and take care of you if it is some fault of mine . IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PURCHASE ONCE IT ARRIVES  PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IMMEDIATELY .
POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive your item damaged get hold of me immediately before leaving feedback . IF YOU FEEL YOU CAN NOT ABIDE BY THESE TERMS THEN REFRAIN FROM BIDDING ON ANY OF MY LISTINGS . If you do agree to follow the terms that are written I will look forward to dealing with you .
