Offering this
wonderful pair of vintage double swag lamps from the 1960's or 1970's.
The lamp shades or globes are round, made of heavy, thick clear glass that have a diamond pattern design.
At the top of each lamp, is an ornate metal shade holder that has a cool retro look, that holds the chain, light bulb/socket and globe.
The globes are 6" in diameter x 11" tall from top finial to bottom of globe.
The mounting cap is 5" in diameter.
The chain is 47" long.
Total length of each chain and globe is 58"
Each lamp takes a regular light bulb 60 watts or less.
If you use a clear bulb or clear candelabra style bulb you won't see the bulb through the clear shade.
The lamp are in good condition and work great.
The metal show tarnish from age but nothing that distracts from it.
The brass ceiling paint has some paint splatter on it and could be taken off with paint remover.
No chips or cracks in the glass.
Wiring and sockets are good.
This is a ceiling or wall fixture but many have been converted into a double swag lamp now days,
so they can be hung anywhere in any room.
When they are lit, they give off a beautiful design and glow.
These would look great in a Vintage, Retro, Hollywood Regency, Mid-Century Decor!
