Vintage Mirro Aluminum Short'ning/Ice Cream Spoon Scoop-Shortening-Mid Century

Description

Here is a large spoon marked "Short'ning And Ice Cream Spoon."  It has no maker's mark but we have seen a version of it still on the header card, and it was made by Mirro.  The spoon is aluminum and measures 8" long.  It has a convenient opening in the handle so it could be hung up. We think it is circa 1950's-1960's.  It has use wear with scratches.  Selling this old aluminum utensil AS IS, with no reserve, buyer pays shipping.  Check our seller's list for lots of neat old stuff!
