Vntg ICE CREAM SCOOP lever action disher #16 Blue Floral painted Ceramic handle

Description

Vintage possibly Mid century Ceramic handled ice cream scoop.
The scoop is unbranded but I presume it was made in the USA.
The handle is in very nice condition with no cracks, breaks or chips. There is a hole in the end for a hanging strap.
The metal part of the scoop in in good shape, the action is a little stiff but works. The scraper is marked "16".
